In close to a decade of practice, Ryan has gained valuable experience and expertise in the areas of special education law and corporate law representing the Blue Springs R-IV School District. Ryan and partner, Julius Oswald, have successfully guided the District through multiple special education due process hearings. Ryan has presented for the Missouri Bar and local education organizations in the area of education law. Ryan has also served as a 504 hearing officer in multiple hearings to determine student 504 eligibility. He has also gained valuable trial experience representing corporate clients in jury trials in Jackson County, Missouri Circuit Courts.
Ryan has also established himself in the Blue Springs and Eastern Jackson County Community. Ryan has served as Chairman of the Blue Springs Chamber Board of Directors and was a member of the Chamber Board from 2005-2011. Additionally, he has participated as a Board Member of the Blue Springs Economic Development Corporation and the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association Board of Directors. Ryan has served as Executive Secretary for the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association and has been a member of that Board since 2007. Ryan is currently serving on the Eastland Community Foundation Board.
While attending the University of Missouri-Columbia, Ryan earned four letters on the MU Baseball Team. After concluding his career at Mizzou, Ryan spent one summer in the Kansas City Royals organization playing for the Spokane Indians. Ryan was inducted into the MU Athletic Hall of Fame in January of 2010.
Ryan is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts of Missouri and Kansas.

Ryan T. Fry
Ryan is a partner at Oswald Roam Rew & Fry LLC and is currently serving as its managing partner. He practices primarily in the areas of corporate law and school law. Ryan is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas. Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1998. He received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002. Presently, Ryan lives with his family in the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Blue Springs School District.
